Mbui Alquin Senga

Mbui Alquin Senga is a Community Engagement Officer at 3T Tanzania, where he supports socially responsible and inclusive programmes. He facilitates effective engagement between project developers and local communities and ensures community perspectives are integrated into project design and implementation.

He brings over 14 years of experience in community-based conservation, biodiversity management, and environmental field programmes, with expertise in stakeholder engagement, community consultations, and projects aligned with IFC and World Bank standards. Before joining 3T, Mbui worked on major energy, infrastructure, mining, and conservation projects across Tanzania. His experience includes contributions to EACOP, TANESCO transmission lines, mineral developments, and forest carbon initiatives. He supported ESIA and ESMP processes and helped deliver community-focused conservation outcomes across diverse project contexts.

Mbui holds a BSc in Wildlife Management from Sokoine University of Agriculture. He also holds a Diploma in Animal Health and a Certificate in Animal Health and Production from the Livestock Training Institute, Morogoro. In addition, he has completed professional training in computing applications at the University of Dar es Salaam and basic firefighting techniques in South Africa, with his qualifications formally evaluated and recognised by the South African Qualifications Authority (SAQA).
