Caroline Ndirangu is a finance and strategy leader with over 20 years of experience operating at the intersection of capital, governance, and scalable impact across African markets. She brings deep expertise in financial architecture, institutional strategy, and multi-jurisdictional business operations, supporting organisations navigating growth, investment readiness, and complex operating environments.
Caroline holds an Executive MBA from ESADE Business School and is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA). Her career spans senior finance leadership and board roles where she has guided organisations through expansion, restructuring, and capital strategy across multiple African jurisdictions.
At 3T Board, Caroline contributes on strategy, governance, and complex operational matters as the company develops forestry projects for the generation of high-integrity carbon credits. Her work focuses on strengthening the financial and governance architecture required to scale nature-based solutions, manage climate asset development, and position the company for long-term growth in global carbon markets.
Known for her systems thinking and disciplined approach to risk management, Caroline contributes to 3T’s mission by helping build robust institutional structures that support credible climate finance, responsible land stewardship, and sustainable economic opportunity across Africa.
