EJ Choi, Founding Partner of 3T, is driven by the mission that in order to combat climate change and biodiversity loss, our world needs forests – and she is resolute in playing an integral part in planting them.

EJ plays a pivotal role at 3T, bringing with her more than 2 decades of strategic communications expertise. Her true passion is in developing communications strategies that bring 3T’s work to a larger audience. EJ’s reputation precedes her, as she has successfully developed and deployed strategic communication initiatives at scale.

Born to South Korean immigrants, EJ grew up in Singapore and her upbringing exposed her to the rich diversity of values that each culture and lineage brings. EJ has deep love and compassion for humanity and is known to effortlessly connect and build bridges with individuals from various backgrounds. This is evident in her work as a Leadership Development coach where she masterfully creates space for impactful conversations, empowering her clients to embrace their convictions and embark on powerful journeys of growth. EJ’s ability to translate, facilitate comprehension, and foster trust has become second nature to her and is one of her greatest gifts and offering to the team.
