Jo Choi

Jo is the Chief Financial & Operating Officer at 3T, where she leads the strategic integration of operational efficiency and financial governance across the company’s global portfolio. She focuses on implementing the scalable systems and frameworks required to maximize resource deployment and mitigate risk across 3T.

She brings over a decade of executive experience spanning financial services, operations, and regulatory compliance. She specializes in navigating complex regulatory landscapes and building the operational discipline needed to manage 3T’s global projects.

Prior to joining 3T, Jo’s career in the financial services industry included roles in investment banking, risk management, and government relations. Her professional background is complemented by a multidisciplinary academic background; she holds dual master’s degrees in Environmental Sciences from the University of Oxford and International Relations from The Fletcher School.

Jo’s work is driven by a commitment to operational excellence as a catalyst for environmental impact. She believes that for nature-based solutions to reach global scale, they must be underpinned by the highest standards of financial performance, transparency, and organizational rigour.
