Elfreda Afful is the Project Administrative Officer for 3T Ghana’s Community Native Ecosystem Restoration Project in Agogo, Ashanti Region, where she leads office management and human resource functions. She works closely with Luck to provide administrative, logistical, and operational support to senior management, overseeing recruitment, onboarding, training, and internal coordination. Her role ensures the smooth and efficient running of project operations.
She brings over 10 years of experience in human resource management, office administration, and executive assistance, with expertise in recruitment and training, schedule coordination, stakeholder communication, and operational support. Her work focuses on strengthening internal systems and enabling effective project delivery.
Before joining 3T, Elfreda served as Executive Administrator at Efford Educational Consult, where she provided high-level administrative and logistical support to the Managing Consultant. In that role, she managed client relations, recruitment processes, training coordination, and overall office operations, contributing significantly to organisational efficiency.
Elfreda holds a Higher National Diploma in Secretaryship and Management Studies from Cape Coast Technical University and a Professional Associate Human Resource Practitioner’s Certificate from the Chartered Institute of Human Resource Management (CIHRM). She continues to advance her professional development through ongoing studies with CIHRM.
