Gabriel Quaye is the Finance & Administration Lead at 3T Ghana, where he leads the organisation’s financial strategy across Ghana and regional African operations. He supports effective programme delivery by strengthening financial planning, oversight, and accountability across multi-country initiatives.
Gabriel brings over 15 years of experience across finance, operations, and project management, with a background spanning the private sector and non-profit organisations. His expertise spans financial management, accounting and taxation, strategic planning, and operational leadership.
Before joining 3T, Gabriel held senior finance and operations roles across both the private and development sectors such as Alcatel-Lucent Denmark A/S, Kenpong Construction and Telecom, Afro-Arab Microfinance, City Hearts Africa, and OneSeed. His work spanned telecommunications, construction, microfinance, education, and forestry and climate projects, where he supported both large-scale infrastructure initiatives and community-focused programmesHis work strengthened organisational systems, improved financial and operational performance, and supported complex projects across multiple countries.
Gabriel holds an MBA in Accounting and Taxation from GIMPA and a B.Ed. in Accounting from the University of Cape Coast. He is a Student Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, Ghana (ICAG) and has completed additional training in financial modeling, forest carbon credits, and corporate compliance.
