Dominique Hayward is the Commercial Lead at 3T, where she leads commercial strategy across the company’s nature-based portfolio, working closely with the wider 3T Commercial Team to originate and structure offtake and investment opportunities, manage key counterparty relationships, and translate market and policy dynamics into bankable project and transaction structures.
She brings 3 years of carbon-market experience, with expertise in deal origination and negotiation, investor and client relationship management, policy and regulatory analysis, and market modelling.
Dominique holds a BA in Political Science, Philosophy and Economics and a BCom (Hons) in Economics from Stellenbosch University, and has completed additional training in French (DELF B2) and an international gas, power, and coal trading certificate from Mennta Energy.
Her work is driven by a commitment to building practical, commercially-viable climate solutions that restore nature and enable communities to thrive.
