Marylisa Michael Wanga

Marylisa Michael Wanga is the Finance and Administration Officer at 3T Tanzania, where she oversees financial planning, budgeting, reporting, and administrative operations to ensure effective project delivery and regulatory compliance.

She brings 3 years of experience in finance and administration, with expertise in financial reporting, payroll and statutory compliance, procurement, and internal controls. Before joining 3T, she worked in finance roles within the education, corporate, and logistics sectors, supporting budgeting, audits, cost control, and compliance with Tanzanian financial and labor regulations.

Marylisa holds a Bachelor of Arts in Microfinance and Enterprise Development from Moshi Cooperative University (MoCU). She is a CPA candidate with the National Board of Accountants and Auditors (NBAA).
