Etornam Dziafa

Etornam Dziafa is the Nursery Supervisor at 3T Ghana’s Community Native Ecosystem Restoration Project in Agogo, Ashanti Region, where he leads nursery production systems, seed handling protocols, and quality control processes to support large-scale forest restoration and plantation establishment. His work ensures the consistent supply of healthy, site-adapted planting materials to enable successful field operations.

He brings over 6 years of experience in forest restoration and production forestry, with expertise in nursery management, plantation development, forest inventory, GIS-supported planning, seed management, and tropical tree identification.

Before joining 3T, Etornam worked with John Bitar & Co. Ltd., where he supported cocoa afforestation and restoration initiatives and conducted forest inventory operations. In this role, he contributed to field implementation, data collection, and landscape-level restoration efforts.

Etornam holds a BSc in Forest Resources Technology from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST).

His work is driven by a commitment to sustainable forest systems and the restoration of resilient landscapes that support both biodiversity and community livelihoods. Outside his professional work, he maintains a strong personal interest in wildlife and conservation.
