Charlie Vincent

Charlie Vincent is the Nursery Unit Head for 3T Ghana’s Community Native Ecosystem Restoration Project in Agogo, Ashanti Region, where he leads the establishment and management of nursery operations for large-scale restoration projects. He oversees seedling production, quality control, and operational systems to ensure the consistent delivery of high-quality planting materials that support afforestation and ecosystem restoration.

He brings over 10 years of experience in forestry, landscape restoration, and conservation, with expertise in nursery management, plantation forestry, carbon-focused restoration, and community-based project delivery.

Before joining 3T, Charlie has worked as a Forestry Lead supporting land acquisition and restoration planning, and held senior operational roles with organisations including Rewilding Company Sierra Leone and Miro Forestry Company, where he managed large-scale plantation landscapes and led forestry operations across thousands of hectares.

Charlie holds an MSc in Forestry and a BSc (Hons) in Forestry from Njala University. He has also completed professional training in climate and green finance, including the Green Finance Hub Fellowship and United Nations System Staff College training on the Paris Agreement.

His work is driven by a commitment to delivering scalable, high-quality restoration solutions that strengthen ecosystems, support livelihoods, and contribute to long-term climate resilience.
