In the world of startups, they say a great product is the best marketing. At 3T, we took that to heart. For a long time, our website was a simple public Notion page because we focused all our resources on developing our on-the-ground projects – our product.
But as we’ve started gaining traction beyond our immediate networks, it became clear we needed an upgrade. Every time I filled out an outreach form, submitted an application, or was asked for our website, I would cringe inside, knowing all I had to share was that Notion page. It was time for a change.
And voila! Today, we’re excited to share our updated 3T website. We’ve kept it as simple as possible. There are a million ways to make a website elaborate, but I’ve personally never found that approach useful. If anything, overly complex websites make me wonder if the organization is investing in the wrong priorities.
So simple, honest, and to the point – that’s what we hoped to achieve. Oh, and a lot of emphasis on people! The people are what makes 3T what it is.

P.S. – In my opinion, if you’re a startup, using a public Notion page as your initial website is a fantastic idea. It’s cheap, easy to update, and has a clean, simple look. Plus, it gives you the breathing room to refine your messaging over time. Highly recommend!
